Watch out Amazon Prime, Britbox is coming your way

BBC Worldwide and ITV Plc launched a new subscription-based streaming service for the U.S. The BritBox, available through the web, mobile phones, and tablets, will stream iconic British shows like “East Enders” and “Blackadder." The service will also feature a “Now” option, which will have shows available the day after it airs on television. It will be priced at $6.99 a month, which is cheaper than Netflix and Hulu’s offerings. The Britbox will also compete with Amazon’s Prime Video for the lead in the streaming services market.
