We can not solve a problem that we are not aware of. During our life, almost all our knowledge comes from the others. You learned to speak by listening your parents... But TV, newspapers, radios etc... were passive medias : You can only listen or read, but never give your opinion. To keep us in the herd, to prevent the people to understand this, they promoted stupidity, emotional responses... and finally a massive deny of reality.
