Twitter has a new VP of product: Keith Coleman, CEO of Yes, Inc., a consumer mobile app startup that Twitter has acquired, the company announced Thursday. Coleman previously spent more than ten years as director of product management at Google, where he served as the lead on offerings such as Gmail, Gchat, and other Google products. The post of head of product development has been vacant for some time at Twitter, which has been struggling to boost its user base and turn a profit.
