Ford expected to test self-driving cars in Europe next year

Ford will move forward with its plans to introduce autonomous cars to the road by testing self-driving vehicles in Europe next year. The testing comes prior to the automaker's debut of an autonomous car specifically for ride-sharing fleets in the U.S. in 2021 According to TechCrunch, the testing will take place at Ford's UK-based Engineering Center in Essex and in two other facilities in Aachen and Germany. Following Ford's debut in America, the company says it has plans to bring autonomous vehicles across the pond.
