*PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 160C*
INGREDIENTS:
275G OF GROUND ALMONDS
1 TSP OF CINNAMON
½ TSP OF GINGER
1/3 TSP OF BAKING POWDER
5 MEDJOOL DATES
50G OF COCONUT OIL
30G OF HONEY
1 EGG WHITE
METHOD
BLEND THE ALMONDS, CINNAMON, GINGER, BAKING POWDER AND DATES IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS UNTIL IT FORMS A DOUGH. PLACE IN THE FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR THEN ROLL OUT BETWEEN BAKING PAPER.
CUT INTO GINGER BREAD MEN AND BAKE IN THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN.
