INGREDIENTS:
5KG RUMP STEAK (THINLY SLICED)
5 TBSP SOY SAUCE
5 TBSP WATER
2 TBSP SESAME OIL
PINCH OF GARLIC
1/2 ONION (BLENDED)
1/2 PEAR (BLENDED)
3 TBSP RICE WINE (MIRIN)
PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
METHOD
TO MAKE THE MARINADE, ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE BEEF AND LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE FOR A MINIMUM OF 24HRS.
WHEN READY TO COOK, PLACE ON THE GRILL. ADD ADDITIONAL SLICED ONIONS, SPRING ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, PAPRIKA, COURGETTE OR ANY OTHER VEGGIES.
