RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
2 RIPE BANANAS
2 FREE RANGE ORGANIC EGGS
2 TBSP PORRDIGE OATS
COCONUT OIL FOR COOKING
FRESH BERRIES AND MAPLE SYRUP TO SERVE

METHOD
WHISK THE EGGS IN A BOWL, MASH THE BANANA INTO THE EGGS AND STIR THROUGH THE PROTEIN POWDER.
HEAT A PAN WITH 1 TBSP OF COCONUT OIL AND FRY A FEW TBSP OF THE BATTER UNTIL IT BUBBLES THEN FLIP OVER AND COOK FOR FURTHER 1 MINUTE UNTIL COOK THROUGH.
REPEAT WITH THE REST OF THE MIXTURE AND SERVE WITH FRESHLY CHOPPED FRUIT AND MAPLE SYRUP.
