Leftover pizza is most often still tasty, but it does tend to lose quite a bit of its crispy-yet-gooey texture magic. Roberta’s in Brooklyn, New York has a fix for that, and generously shares the reheating tip on its take out menu.

That advice was posted to Reddit and has since gone viral, saving the world from soggy leftovers.
Here’s what to do.
Heat up a non-stick skillet, preferably on a low to medium setting, then drop in a slice.
Give it a couple of minutes to get crispy on the bottom.
Next, add 2 drops of water to the pan, but away from the food itself, turn the burner to low, and put the lid on.
After about 60 seconds, you’re ready to feast on your perfectly crispy and gooey slice.
