March of the Cobblers.

I have been unable to find much information about this piece of music, although research tells me it was written by R Barrett, and arranged for brass band by E Seibert. If anyone know more about its origins, please do let me know.
The music is probably best known after being featured in the 1996 film "Brassed Off", a bittersweet comedy about music and the right to work. A Yorkshire colliery is faced with closure and so is the town's brass band. The film paints a vivid picture of working-class communities under threat.

This video was made on a D-type Wurlitzer, believed to be the first one to be imported into the UK in 1925. After being used in the "Picture House" Walsall for several years, it was then installed in the Congregational Church at Beer, a delightful little fishing village situated in South Devon UK, where it still remains. http://www.beer-congregational-church.org.uk
