Casting a Mushroom with Molten Aluminum

An aluminum cast is made of a mushroom is made by first casting it in plaster. Once the plaster hardens and the mushroom remnants are removed, molten aluminum is poured into the cast, resulting in an aluminum cast of the mushroom.
