vegetable biryani

ingredient
boneless chicken 1/2 lb
garlic ginger paste 1ts (i forgot to mention in video)
Julian vegetables mix
hot spices (black cardamom , cinnamon , cumin seeds, black pepper , cloves )
salt
red pepper powder 1 1/2 ts
red crushed pepper 1/2 ts
coriander powder 1/2 ts dry plums
basmati rice 2 cups
onion 2 medium
tomato 1
yogurt 4 tbs
oil 10 tbs
method: heat oil and fry onion when it turns to golden brown add garlic ginger paste cook for few seconds add tomato and 2 tbs water and add all spices when it become a smooth gravy add chicken cook it uncover when oil comes float then add yogurt and Julian cut potato,carrot , dry plum ,now cover it for 10 minutes after that add capsicum cook for 2 minutes off the flame
meth for rice: now it a cookware boil water and add some cumin seeds and rice boil until medium soft then make layer first rice then vegetable and chicken mix again rice put some yellow food color and coriander let them on low flame for 10 minute then dish out and enjoy
