chicken samosa

ingredient
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
salt 1/4 ts
oil 3 tbs
water
method: mix them all and make dough (not hard or very soft ,medium dough) and leave it for half an hour then knead it and it will be smooth dough
ingredient for filling
boneless chicken 1/2 Lb
garlic clove 3
salt 1/4 ts
cumin seeds
crushed red chili 1ts
turmeric powder 1/4 ts
coriander powder 1/2 ts
oil 2 tbs
vegetables(carrot boiled potato onion)
method:
in food processor put chicken and garlic and make a thin chopped chicken
heat oil in wok add chicken and garlic mixture cook them for 2 minutes then ad spices again cook for 2 minutes when it comes to dry add vegetables again cook for 2 minutes add cumin seeds and off the flame let it cool
samosas :
make small balls of dough and rest it for 10 minutes then roll it round on surface then place them all together and cut from the mid now take one piece and wet the edges with water make a con shape as shown in video and fill it with chicken mixed and seal it make all samosas and fry them
