Brazil: Rousseff Opens Indigenous Policies Conference

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff opened the 1st National Conference on Indigenous Policies today. The conference, together with the decree signed by Rousseff creating the National Council on Indigenous Policies, seeks to help native communities regain their rights. Over 2,000 delegates representing all of the country's indigenous communities are attending the conference. teleSUR
