Doctors in China carried out surgery to cut off a huge tongue-like growth attached to a man's mouth.
The bizarre video, filmed at a hospital in Liaoning Province last month, shows the man painfully holding his second "tongue" for doctors to check before he receives the operation to remove it.
According to news reports, the patient surnamed Lin had suffered the sickness for three years but he used to swallow the tissue back until it got too big.
Doctors said the 20cm object grew at the top of Mr Lin's oesophagus, and admitted that they required further tests to confirm the substance and cause of its development.
