A bizarre video has emerged from China of a toddler taken to hospital to remove a six-centimetre-long needle from his stomach.
The footage, filmed in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province in December last year, shows the two-year-old boy crying before doctors use gastroscopy to locate the needle and remove it.
According to local news, the needle entered his body when the boy hit a chair after pinning it to his clothes.
He is now reportedly out of danger.
