Nënkryetari i Komisionit te Ligjeve Fatmir Xhafa ka akuzuar kryeministrin Sali Berisha si përgjegjës për prishjen e marrëveshjes PD-PS për ligjet qe kërkojnë 84 vota. Ne emisionin "Intervista", Sekretari për Koordinimin pranë PS, Xhafa, ka sqaruar se rrëzimi i propozimit te opozitës për dënimin e falsifikatoreve te statistikave ishte i paramenduar për te justifikuar deklaratat negative te Brukselit ne lidhje me statusin e vendit kandidat. Duke dhënë alarmin për ritmet e ngadalta me te cilat po ecën reforma zgjedhore, Xhafa ka deklaruar se opozita nuk hyn ne zgjedhje nëse nuk vendoset votimi elektronik dhe te ndërrohet KQZ e drejtuar nga Arben Ristani. Xhafa ka garantuar se PS është e vendosur ti qëndrojë marrëveshjes me PD për ligjet qe kërkojnë shumice te cilësuar por ka kërkuar qe maxhoranca te respektoje pjesën e saj te detyrimeve duke miratuar propozimet e opozitës ne lidhje me reformën zgjedhore dhe atë parlamentare.
