Here are the ingredients to prepare Palak Paneer:

- ½ Kg Spinach (Blanched)

- 10-15 Pieces of Cottage Cheese

- 3 tbsp Oil

- 2 Onions (Finely Chopped)

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)

- 1tbsp Garlic & Ginger

- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder

- 1 tsp Corriander Powder

- 1 tsp Garam Masala (Mixed Spice Powder)

- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

- 2 tbsp Vegetable Masala

- ½ Kg Cottage Cheese
