In 60 Seconds: Maduro, Santos ready to meet

Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and his colombian counterpart Juan Manuel Santos have agreed to meet to discuss the border crisis. President maduro made two other relevant announcements. Guatemala is now set for a runoff election october 25th. In Trinidad and Tobago, the opposition leader of the people's national movement Keith Rowley won with 23 of 41 constituencies. Afghan officials have accused the U.S. led coalition of killing at least 13 counter-narcotics police in an airstrike.
