Peña Nieto Recibe Reclamos Internacionales

The alleged president Enrique Peña Nieto has received a letter from more than 500 international journalists and intellecuals demanding justice and protection for human rights defenders. In a front page article, the Mexican newspaper El Universal begins with the headline: “They will not silence us.” The letter signed by Chomsky , Salmon Rushdie and other prominent intellectuals demands justice for the press after the murders of Ruben Espinoza, activist Nadie Vera and three other women. The letter was signed by 500 intellectuals.
