By the end of this month, Audi is expected to bring in its A6 facelift in India. The car will come with certain styling changes like new grille and bumpers along with standard LED headlights.
Following the A6 facelift will be the Land Rover Discovery Sport. This newly designed Land Rover will hit the market on 2nd September.
On September 10th, Indian giant Mahindra will hit the news with its upcoming TUV 300. Design inspired by battle tanks, the TUV 300 will be one SUV launch that car lovers all over will be watching out for.
Come the festive season. The Toyota Fortuner will have a tough competitor to fight it out with - the Chevrolet Trailblazer. Coming with a 197bhp 2.8-liter diesel engine, it will be one monster of an SUV when it hits the Indian roads.
The Avventura Abarth and the Punto EVO Abarth are two of the Fiat launches that are yet to happen. Both the cars are expected to be powered by the same 1.4-liter 135bhp T-Jet motor. The Punto EVO Abarth will see some styling changes made to it, while with the Avventura Fiat will be trying for enhanced performance.
Maruti Ertiga facelift will come in next with certain styling changes and some additional interior features.
Ford will be launching two new cars – the new Figo and the new Endeavour. While the new Figo will be powered by an engine borrowed from the Figo Aspire sedan, the Endeavour will have a 2.2-liter and 3.2-liter diesel engine fitted underneath its bonnet.
The premium segment will continue to be dominated by Mercedes and BMW. Mercedes has already launched a few cars this year and it will continue the trend with its GLE class and AMG GT, while BMW will bring in its X5 M, X6 M, and facelifted versions of 1 and 3 series.
Other cars to hit the Indian market this year would be the new Ford Mustang and the Nissan GT-R.
