Head of Central African Republic UN mission steps down

The head of the United Nations's peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic has resigned after a fresh round of allegations of sexual abuse by peacekeepers. We hear from Babacar Gaye. Also, in Burundi, President Nkurunziza's critics accuse police of trying to set them up. Authourities claimed to have found a cache of hidden weapons in an opposition stronghold. And in Ivory Coast, a ban on skin lightening products because of the health risks hasn't lessened their appeal.
