Counsel queries if Khir Toyo is a public servant

The Federal Court, in hearing the appeal of former Selangor menteri besar Dr Khir Toyo, heard pertaining questions to the charge where he is convicted, namely whether an MB or Selangor Development Corporation (PKNS) chairperson, is to be considered a ‘public servant’.
