Mahindra Thar Facelift Launching On July 22

Remember we told you that Mahindra will be introducing a redesigned Thar to India soon? Well, a major update of the same is in the pipeline, and our little birdie tells us that the automaker announced that the updated Thar will be launched on 22nd July.
The vehicle gets some exterior changes including bigger fender extensions and footrests and plastic metal front bumper, along with the biggest differentiator.
Inside, you will find an all-new dual tone interior with AC vents now round with prominent silver finish, new instrument cluster with separate three chrome ringed units, handbrake lever, steering wheel and HVAC controls all from Bolero.
Not to forget, it also adds dual tone dashboard, wider seats and round AC vents with silver finish. The engine lineup remains the same with Di and CDRe powerplants expected to power the Thar.
Besides a redesigned Thar, the automaker will also introduce couple of new sub-compact SUVs and redesigned models. Stay tuned!
