Here is my most recent backpacking adventure at the Grand Canyon earlier this year. This trip was the single most greatest camping experience I’ve ever done. We hiked 7 miles and 3000ft down into the Canyon along the Hermit Trail, where we set up camp at the edge of a cliff near the bottom. Every moment moment was surrounded by breathtaking scenery and beautiful landscapes throughout the entire hike. Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the unexpected as we experienced almost everything from flash flood rain to clear skies and it was the most enduring backpacking trip I’ve ever undertaken, yet it was the most enjoyable outdoor experience I’ve ever been on.
I can only hope this film can give you an idea of how amazing this place is on earth. Enjoy!
