Bolivia: Pope Francis Arrives in La Paz

President Evo Morales hugged Pope Francis upon his arrival in La Paz, Bolivia, on Wednesday, and hung an alpaca pouch around his neck of the type commonly used to hold coca leaves that are chewed by people in the Andes to alleviate altitude sickness.
