Car suicide fail video footage: Drunk and bullied teenager tries to get hit by car

A bullied teenage boy attempted suicide on Wednesday by throwing himself in front of an oncoming car.

The incident took place at night in Hsinchu County. The 16-year-old, surnamed Yu, was drunk and upset. After being bullied at school, Yu threw himself in front of an SUV, but the driver quickly reacted by hitting the brakes.

The boy was seen laying on the ground, crying, after attempting to kill himself.

Yu suffered no injuries. Police have accused him offenses against public safety.
