Mercedes Benz CLS 250CDI Diesel Coupe Facelift Launched In India

Reportedly, Mercedes-Benz India launched CLS 250CDI in India with the facelift avatar. Dressed with A-class like front grille on front encrusted by diamond type studs, the rear is tweaked at tail lamps, whereas sides receive new alloy wheels. Apparently, the chunk of amendments is stored under the hood, as included a ‘diesel’ engine in the list. Earlier, there was only a V6 petrol block to sell in the Indian market.
Hence, the lines of competition it will strive against to prove the worth are BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe and Audi A7. That’s not all; this CLS also marks the launch of first cloud based app in this country supported on the COMMAND system of Benz.
Thoughtfully, Mercedes imports CLS in India as completely built units, and that is the reason why it is highly priced. In fact, said price tag is sufficient to serve the purpose of segmentation where it stands as a bridging gap between the E-Class and the flagship S-Class.
