Cuban Five meet with Fidel

The historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, personally met the Cuban 5 yesterday. The Cuban Five, as they are known, were sent to the United States to monitor the activities of violent right-wing terrorist groups in Miami. Following a highly questionable trial they were sentenced to years in prison and the last three were finally released in December as part of moves to normalize relations between the two countries.
