Knox County Illinois Judge Benson Throws Out Order of Protection by Judge Mangieri for Kids

Knox County Judge Benson broke Knox County law when she refused to cordinate an emergency hearing date in an confrontation with attorney Dan Cordis at the Knox County Courthouse, where Dan Cordis could be present at the hearing. Judge Benson proceded with the hearing without Mr. Cordis, after Dan Cordis thought the issue had been resolved. Also Judge Benson refused to allow the second hearing with Judge Mangieri to take place and refused to remove herself from the case when asked to.
