Colombia issues arrest warrant for former DAS director

The Supreme Court of Bogota, Colombia, issued an arrest warrant for Maria del Pilar Hurtado, former Director of the Administrative Department of Security (DAS), who has been tried and is awaiting sentence for carrying out illegal telephone wire-taps against Human Rights' defenders and political opponents during Alvaro Uribe's administration.
