Crunchy and tasty chivda is a versatile snack recipe. Munchies that's light yet fulfilling.
Ingredients:
1 tsp सौंफ पाउडर (भुनी हुई) 1/2 tsp काला नमक 1/2 tsp हल्दी पाउडर 1/2 चम्मच नमक 1 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर 2 tbsp चीनी पाउडर चावल के गुच्छे 1/2 कप मूंगफली 2 tbsp काजू कढ़ी पत्ता 1/2 कप चने की दाल (4 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगोई) 1/2 कप मूंग की दाल (4 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगोई)
Method:
- Mix well roasted fennel seed powder, black salt, turmeric powder, salt, red cilli powder, powdered sugar in a bowl - Deep fry rice flakes in medium hot oil using a strainer, strain out all the oil and remove it in a bowl lined with tissue papper - Sprinkle mixed masala on the fried rice flakes and mix well with everything - Follow the same process for ground nuts, cashew nuts, curry leaves, gram dal and moong dal. - Sprinkle masala mix everytime an ingredient is fried and mix well everything - Get rid of the tissue papper and mix well all the ingredients together once again. - Let everything cool and store chivda in an air tight container.
