CARICOM Summit achieves greater integration in region

The 5th Cuba CARICOM summit ended last night. Cuban President Raul Castro called the meeting a great success in strengthening ties between member countries. During the fifth summit, members of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) unanimously voted in favor of including Cuba in the next Summit of the Americas while also calling for an end to the U.S.-imposed trade embargo on the island nation. teleSUR
