UN asks Turkey for humanitarian safe zone at border close to Kobani

In Kobani, Syria, several Kurdish sources say they are running out or arms while the Islamic State keeps bringing heavy weapons from Iraq. There are around 700,000 civilians inside the city and the United Nations say 10,000 more people are trapped at the border between Turkey and Syria. teleSUR
