Spaghetti With Pesto Sauce

Now don't order the expensive pesto pasta from restaurants rather make fresh pesto at home and store it for future use also.Gorge this spectacular dish with a glass of white wine.

Ingredients for Pesto

Basil -60g
Pine nuts -60 g
Olive Oil - 100ml
Garlic - 4
Cherry tomato -2
Parmesan cheese -25 g
Lemon to taste

Method
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to a coarse paste
Heat oil, and 1/2 tbsp of butter and add 10-15 cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Saute until soft.
Add 6 finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for another 2 mins.
Add 1 portion of spaghetti and toss for a few minutes. Take it off the flame and add pesto sauce to it, mix well and serve it up.
