Ingredients:

o 1 bowl kabuli chana soaked and boiled

o 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped

o 1 medium sized potato, boiled and cut into small pieces

o 1 medium sized tomato cut into small pieces

o 1 tsp chaat masala

o ½ tsp red chilli powder

o ½ tsp jeera (cumin seed powder)

o Salt to taste

o 1 inch piece of ginger finely chopped

o 2 green chillies finely chopped

o Few coriander leaves finely chopped

o Lemon juice to taste

o A few capsicum and tomato slices for decoration
