A robber who targeted a store in Manchester, UK was anything but graceful.
The man walked into the business at a little before noon on Saturday morning. He was wearing a dark colored hoodie and pants and was armed with an eight-inch long machete.
Reportedly he also donned a Halloween-like mask that was either yellow or green. The suspect went up to the cashier and demanded money before walking around to the back of the counter.
The armed man took some cash out of the register and quickly ransacked the shelves. While he did that, his pants repeatedly slipped downwards, exposing his underwear.
He tried to run around the other side of the counter to flee, but he dropped the cash and his weapon. At that point he bent down to retrieve the items, but his hood slipped off, revealing his race and shaved head.
His pants fell down to the floor after a customer walked in while he was picking up the knife. Police have released the store’s surveillance footage for help in identifying him.
A law enforcement spokesperson remarked “As amusing as his bungling attempts were, I must stress this is no laughing matter. This man threatened a shopkeeper with a large knife and also intimated he would stab the victim.”
