Off duty cop drops his baby to shoot a robber

The cop had his three months old daughter in his hands when was approached by a robber.
According to the Civil Police, the off duty cop was with his father-in-law and daughter at the door of the house when the criminal made the approach. The criminal said to have a submachine gun with a silencer and threatened to shoot.
A man was found later in a hospital while using a fake name with serious gun injuries, the cop recognized him and now the Civil Police said it will hear the suspect's testimony before confirming involvement.
The criminal was arrested previously for robbery and drug trafficking, according to the Police.
