Will European Central Bank President Mario Draghi announce bold new measures to boost the European economy? The markets are hopeful of some steps from Frankfurt after inflation was just 0.3% in the eurozone in July. Jacques Cailloux, Chief European Economist with Nomura, gives us his view.
