Volvo Launched (CNG) Gas Powered FE Truck In Europe
he rising prices of gasoline and diesel have finally reached to the threshold level. For making the most sense out of it, Volvo launched the CNG powered truck in Europe. Named as FE, Volvo’s new truck is meant for short trips especially within and near the city limits.
On the technical note, Volvo FE comes powered by a unique CNG-powered 9-liter Euro 6 engine with spark plug tech and auto transmission.
With regards to the savings on fuel-costs, Volvo had also claimed this new truck is eco-friendly by producing 70% lesser carbon-dioxide than diesel trucks.
Well…it’s just the beginning, Volvo is set to bring the whole FE range by early 2015.
