Lindsay Lohan's career was again "curbed" after her car struck one. Lohan was tracked down and arrested at the hospital after cocaine was reportedly found in the car at the scene.

Police declined to say what her blood-alcohol level was, but said the case would be presented to the district attorney's office, where she could face additional charges.
