Actor Shia LaBeouf is making headlines again, and it's not for the paper bag he famously wore on this head.

The "Transformers" star was arrested Thursday night inside New York's Studio 54 theater during a performance of "Cabaret."

The disheveled actor was seen leaving a Manhattan courtroom Friday morning after his arraignment.

The 28-year-old was charged with several counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and trespassing.

Witnesses say LaBeouf was disturbing Friday night's performance, using obscene language, smoking in the theater, and refusing to stop.

He was escorted out during intermission, and that's when police say he became belligerent and officers had to be called in.

Two theater-goers told local media they saw LaBeouf stumbling inside the theater bar with a torn shirt and behaving bizarrely.
