Shia LaBeouf pleads guilty to disorderly conduct charge

STORY: Actor Shia LaBeouf pleaded guilty Wednesday (September 10) to disorderly conduct stemming from an incident at a Broadway show this summer.

LaBeouf was charged with criminal trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct after he allegedly disrupted a performance of "Cabaret" at Studio 54 in June.

The 28-year-old actor, who has been in treatment for alcoholism since his arrest, is required to continue that treatment for another three months under the deal, local media reported. Additionally, if LaBeouf stays out of trouble for six months, he can withdraw the guilty plea and the case will be dismissed.

Following his arrest, two theatergoers told a local television station that they saw LaBeouf in a ripped shirt a block away from the theater while they were walking to the show. They said LaBeouf was chasing after a man who appeared to be homeless.

The witnesses said they also saw LaBeouf stumbling inside the theater,
