Recipe:
1.5 oz. Martin Miller's http://bit.ly/16t2DAi
1/2 oz. Dry Sack Sherry
1/8 oz. Raspberry Puree
1/8 oz. Blackberry Puree
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Blood Orange
1/2 oz. Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Instructions:
Dry Shake.
Shake with ice.
Strain in the chilled cheeter.
Pound on bar to let foam set.
Pour in chilled cocktail coupe.
