This week the boys travel to the cold nether-regions of the American Continent to explore what dessert looks like for Eskimos in Western Alaska: Akutaq, commonly referred to as Eskimo Ice Cream. Basically, replace the dairy with fish and blubber. Nothing goes better with frozen apple pie than a big scoop of ice lard. Subscribe & stuff: http://goo.gl/Z7lbS

Akutaq aka Eskimo Ice Cream is made by boiling up some seal fat, or some fish, or some whale, or some other fatty fatty sea creature. Then you mash it up, ad some sugar, some berries, and some water and stuff. Mush it all together with your hands until it looks like colored shortening and enjoy!? Chock full of protein and necessary vitamins, this dessert is actually pretty good for you. Less fishy than lardy, it's a yummy treat after a long day of ice fishing, if you're into that kind of thing. Since no one will eat anything they walk around with anymore, the boys take this treasure from the north and hide it in the office birthday party to see if any unsuspecting victims take pleasure in it to see what they think! There's more than one way to Feed the Office!

Have you ever tried akutaq? What did you think? Tell us in the comments below!
