BJP delays election manifesto?

Voters will have to make do with BJP's Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally speeches to get an insight into the BJP's promises and vision for the country. Sources said that BJP's manifesto is still not ready for release as senior party leaders are demanding last minute changes on some contentious issues including foreign policy and economic vision. Meanwhile, Congress has questioned the BJP over the delay in the release of their manifesto. Congress leader Salmaz Soz has questioned that if BJP can't produce a manifesto this close to the election, how can they run India?
