Brian Hannon of Company came by the Balcony today to play for BalconyTV Charleston. Hannon was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and has now been living in South Carolina for approximately 5 years. Since moving to South Carolina, he has been playing with Company aka Co. for 4-5 years. Together with Co., he plays indie-rock style music. Some of Hannon's influences include Big Star, a 70's band, as well as some newer bands such as My Morning Jacket and Built to Spill.
Company currently has an EP out on Awesome Records called Company. The new album, Dear America, comes out on iTunes or vinyl—Hannon highly recommends everyone checks it out!
