Before and After: Fat baby weight loss [PICTURES and VIDEO]

Can we all agree that fat babies are the cutest kinds of babies? Apparently, there is such thing as too fat. A 2-year-old obese toddler from Saudi Arabia will now hold the title as the youngest person to get gastric bypass surgery.

The tot weighed a whopping 72.7 lbs (33 kg) which is about the same weight as 5 high performance bicycles, or to put it into better perspective: the average weight of an 11-year-old child.

When his parents noticed he was bigger than the average toddler, the took him to an endocrinologist -- at the time he was 14 months and 46 lbs. Despite a doctor-prescribed diet, he still gained 17 more pounds. According to doctors his extreme obesity was due to an illness called Parder Willi Syndrome -- sounds like a hipster child's name -- which made him constantly hungry.

His parents opted for what is known as a Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, an irreversible procedure in which the doctors remove a large part of the stomach and shape the rest of it into something that looks like a tube.

Two years after the surgery and the boy is doing wonderfully. He is dropped nearly 20 lbs (What is that? Two toddlers or something?) and his BMI went from 41 to 24. Hopefully, the young one will be able to live a healthy lifestyle and keep his weight in check, despite his rocky start.
