A 32 stone woman who was heavier than her bathroom scales could measure lost 11st 10lbs in just nine months after gastric bypass surgery.  Anastasia Morris, 32, says she was a "chubby kid" growing up but her weight seriously rocketed in her late teens.  Anastasia would go out for food or get a takeaway six nights a week.   She cycled through fad diets but would always gain any weight she lost back.  She continued gobbling up to 10k calories a day because food was a "comfort" after having surprise baby, Euan, now 12, when she was 19.  Last year after tipping the scales weighing 31st 13lbs - the highest weight her bathroom scales could record - and bursting out of a size 36 - she decided to make a change.  She wanted to go on theme park rides and enjoy day trips with Euan - so splashed £17.5k on gastric bypass surgery in August 2023.  She lost 3st 7lbs in the first MONTH - and has now lost 11st 10lbs in total nine months on.

00:15 my family and go on all the rides in over 15 years. Now when I was looking into Disneyland

00:22 I was panicked, I was so scared that I still wouldn't fit on the rides even after losing

00:27 11 stone. I am now currently a UK size 24 and I am happy to say I fit on every single

00:36 ride at Disneyland. There wasn't a single one I didn't fit on so if you're thinking

00:41 about it, if you're worried, please go. As you can see we had the most amazing day and

00:49 every single ride I went on, most of the lap bars they just pull down to as big or as little

00:54 as you are. If you have mobility issues like myself, the only ones I would say I struggled

01:00 to get on and off a little bit was the Small World and Pirates of the Caribbean but they

01:05 are more than willing to help you, the cast members if you have somebody travelling with

01:08 you then definitely. It's just that they're a little bit low getting them out of. Disneyland

01:15 was such a different experience for me, not only was I able to stay all day for one day

01:22 and travel fireworks at night time which is late midnight, I was able to go on every single

01:27 ride and I was able to walk over 8 miles which 11 stone ago I didn't even do. Last year I

01:34 couldn't cover one of the ends of the land. It was 40 degrees at the time but I still

01:41 couldn't even walk. Even from the car park to the park which is about an hour and a half,

01:47 I couldn't even do that 11 stone ago. If you have any worries about going to the theme

01:54 park it is the most plus size friendly you could ever ask for. As I said earlier all

02:00 of the shows, all of the rides, most of them have lap pull down bars so they go as little

02:07 or as big as you are. 11 stone ago I wouldn't have been able to fit on any of them but as

02:13 a UK size 24 I can fit on every single ride at Disneyland Paris. I carry my small weight
