It all began with BJP members shouting: Congress ka haath, damaad kay saath — a reference to the government shielding Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, who is in the eye of a storm for his controversial land deals. Both Houses remained paralysed in the first half of the day on Tuesday as the Vadra issue rocked Parliament.
