Californian wildfire forces 1,500 people from homes

A wildfire in southern California has forced 1,500 people to flee their homes.

The blaze started on wednesday near the city of Banning and has swept across 4,000 hectares. It is still not under control.

Three people, including two firefighters, have been injured and 15 buildings damaged.

Around 1,000 firefighters are at the scene, along with 13 helicopters and six air tankers.
